  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup light brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (divided)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup full-fat sour cream
  • ½ cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • Ground cinnamon and nutmeg

Instructions
