  • 1 lb flank steak (cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1-inch piece of ginger (grated)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the cubed steak to the marinade; mix well to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread marinated steak cubes onto skewers.
  4. Grill skewers for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked to your desired doneness.
