- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 can (14 ounces) coconut milk
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1–2 Scotch bonnet peppers, whole
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Fresh thyme and green onions for garnish
Instructions
