  • 4 large croissants
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 4 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble into pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. In the same skillet, melt butter and add garlic. Pour in egg mixture; scramble until fluffy. Stir in bacon and cheddar cheese.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice croissants in half lengthwise.
  4. Fill each croissant bottom with the egg mixture and top with Parmesan.
  5. Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 10-15 minutes until warm and cheese is melted.
