- 1 package (3 oz) chocolate Jell-O
- 1 cup Baileys Irish Cream (for chocolate layer)
- Whipped cream (for garnish)
- Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Vanilla Layer: Boil 1 cup of water in a saucepan. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla Jell-O until dissolved, then mix in 1 cup Baileys Irish Cream. Pour into shot glasses and refrigerate for about 2 hours until set.
- Prepare the Chocolate Layer: In another saucepan, boil 1 cup of water. Stir in chocolate Jell-O until dissolved, cool slightly, then mix in 1 cup Baileys Irish Cream.
