Instructions
- Sear the beef in a large pot or Dutch oven with vegetable oil until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, sauté onions until softened. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Return beef to pot; add broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, rosemary, and bay leaf. Bring to a boil then lower heat and simmer for 1 hour.
