  • 4 cups water
  • 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced

  • 2 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 cup green beans, trimmed
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
