- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (for brushing)

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Gradually mix in warm milk and melted butter until a dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with a towel. Let it rise in a warm area for about 1 hour until doubled.
- Punch down the dough, roll it into a rectangle about ½ inch thick, sprinkle with cheese and garlic, roll tightly into a log, and cut into 12 pieces.
- Arrange rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise again for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 15-17 minutes until golden brown.
