- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses (totaling about 2.75 cups)
Instructions

- Thinly slice the Yukon gold potatoes using a mandoline or sharp knife.
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat; sauté onions and garlic until soft.
