- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper
Instructions
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté shredded chicken with olive oil and seasonings for about 5-7 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce in a baking dish.
- Layer three noodles over the sauce followed by half of the ricotta cheese and half of the chicken mixture. Add more sauce and one-third of the mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat layers; top with remaining noodles, sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 15-20 minutes until bubbly.
