  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté shredded chicken with olive oil and seasonings for about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce in a baking dish.
  4. Layer three noodles over the sauce followed by half of the ricotta cheese and half of the chicken mixture. Add more sauce and one-third of the mozzarella cheese.
  5. Repeat layers; top with remaining noodles, sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 15-20 minutes until bubbly.
