  • 2 pounds chicken, cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons red chili powder
  • 1 cup tomatoes, chopped
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  6. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes until chicken is tender.
  7. Mix in garam masala; cook for another 2 minutes.
