- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 cup fresh parsley
- ½ cup fresh cilantro
- 4 cloves garlic
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar

- Red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper
