  • 1 cup green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
  • ½ cup carrots, shredded
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Marinate shrimp in olive oil, lime juice, zest, salt, pepper, cumin, and minced garlic for 15-20 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, mix shredded cabbages and carrots. Whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and honey; combine with the veggies.
