Instructions

  4. For the cinnamon swirl mixture, combine ground cinnamon and brown sugar in a small bowl.
  5. Pour half the banana batter into the prepared pan; sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mix over it. Layer with remaining batter and top with the rest of the cinnamon-sugar mixture.

  7. Bake for about 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool before slicing.
