  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices crispy cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup frozen corn (optional)
  • 1 cup diced green onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup crushed tortilla chips (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well mixed.
  3. Gently fold in the corn (if using), half of the cheddar cheese, chopped bacon, and diced green onions.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and crushed tortilla chips.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.
