  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Season sliced chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sauté in a skillet with olive oil until golden brown; remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté bell peppers for 3-4 minutes. Add garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  4. Stir in chicken broth and heavy cream; simmer for 4-5 minutes until thickened.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese until melted; return pasta and chicken to the skillet, tossing to combine.
