  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup crispy chow mein noodles
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chili paste (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the sliced beef in soy sauce and cornstarch for 15-20 minutes.
  2. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat and cook marinated beef for about 3-4 minutes until browned and crispy. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine bell peppers, carrots, green onions, and salad greens.
  4. Whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, chili paste, salt, and pepper in a small bowl for the dressing.
  5. Toss the salad with the dressing and top with crispy beef slices and chow mein noodles before serving immediately.
