Instructions
- Boil eggs in a large pot of cold water until hard-boiled (approximately 12-14 minutes). Transfer to an ice bath to cool.
- Once cooled, peel eggs and halve them lengthwise. Remove yolks and combine with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe yolk mixture back into egg whites.
- Assemble trees by placing three filled egg halves in a triangular formation on a serving platter. Top with parsley or chives and decorate with cherry tomatoes and red bell peppers as ornaments. Add carrot sticks for trunks.
