  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Red and green sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine melted butter and sugar, then mix in eggs and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, sift together cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Fold into the wet mixture until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in chocolate chips and peppermint extract if desired.
