Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef chuck roast
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ cup beef broth
- ¼ cup barbecue sauce
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup coleslaw mix
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Instructions
- Rub the beef chuck roast with minced garlic, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and onion powder.
