- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon anchovy paste
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest, ½ lemon
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, ½ lemon
- ½ teaspoon hickory liquid smoke
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
