  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup hoisin or teriyaki sauce
  • 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons pineapple juice
  • 4 pineapple rings
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 4 brioche buns
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and pineapple juice. Reserve some marinade in the fridge.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper; add garlic to the marinade. Marinate for at least 2 hours.

  4. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for about 3-5 minutes on each side until it reaches 165°F.
