Ingredients
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 large carrot, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups bok choy or cabbage, chopped
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
