  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar (packed)

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (cold; cut into cubes)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease an 8-inch or 9-inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cherry pie filling, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the cherry mixture to the prepared baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add cold butter and mix until crumbly.
