  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ cup hot honey
  • 6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • Fries (frozen or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Prepare fries according to package instructions or make homemade fries by soaking cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes, rinsing, drying, and baking or frying until golden brown.
  2. Season chicken tenders with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Set up a dredging station with flour, beaten eggs, and seasoned breadcrumbs.
  3. Coat each chicken tender in flour, dip in egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry chicken tenders for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Drizzle with hot honey while warm.
  5. In a large bowl, toss chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing. Add parmesan cheese and croutons; mix gently.
