  • 1 medium head of cauliflower (riced)
  • ¾ cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 pound imitation or real crab meat (flaked)
  • 1 avocado (diced)
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté riced cauliflower with salt, garlic powder, and onion powder until tender (5-7 minutes). Remove from heat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, diced avocado, and chopped green onions; mix well.
  4. In a greased baking dish, layer cooked cauliflower rice followed by the crab mixture.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise and sriracha; drizzle half over the crab layer.
