- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 (8-ounce) packages full-fat cream cheese
- 1 cup full-fat sour cream
- 1 and 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons key lime zest
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- 3 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with aluminum foil.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, melted butter, and salt in a bowl. Press into the bottom of the pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Lower oven temperature to 325°F (160°C). In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Gradually mix in sugar, vanilla, lime zest, eggs, lime juice, and flour until well blended.
