  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant lemon pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 1 (21 oz) can blueberry pie filling
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • Powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, and water. Add eggs, oil, vanilla, sour cream, and lemon zest; mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased 11×17 inch cookie sheet.
  4. In another bowl, mix blueberry pie filling with melted butter and vanilla. Drop spoonfuls onto the batter and swirl gently with a knife.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. While cooling, whisk together lemon glaze ingredients and drizzle over the warm cake.
