  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Drain and rinse the soaked masoor dal. Blend it with green chili, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, salt, and water until smooth.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the batter with chopped onions, tomatoes, and cilantro.
