- 8 large lemons (washed and sliced)
- 1 cup sugar
- 10 sprigs fresh mint
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary

- 8 cups cold water

Instructions
- In a bowl with a fine-mesh strainer set over it, combine lemon slices, sugar, mint, rosemary, and vanilla seeds. Gently massage the mixture until the lemons release juice.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
- When ready to serve, press the lemons through the strainer to extract all juice and discard solids. Transfer juice concentrate to a pitcher and add cold water; stir well.
- Serve over ice in tall glasses garnished with fresh mint or rosemary.
