  • 15 Oreos (for the crust)
  • 2 ½ tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • â…” cup sugar
  • â…” cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 Oreos, chopped (for filling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Prepare a 7-inch springform pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Crush the Oreos for the crust and mix with melted butter until crumbly. Press into the bottom of the pan and bake for 8–10 minutes.
  3. In a mixer, beat together the cream cheese, eggs, sugar, sour cream, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth. Fold in the chopped Oreos.
  4. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust and bake in a water bath at 325°F for about 75 minutes.
  5. Once done, cool gradually in the oven before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
