Ingredients
- 15 Oreos (for the crust)
- 2 ½ tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 2 eggs
- â…” cup sugar
- â…” cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 Oreos, chopped (for filling)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Prepare a 7-inch springform pan by lining it with parchment paper.
- Crush the Oreos for the crust and mix with melted butter until crumbly. Press into the bottom of the pan and bake for 8–10 minutes.
- In a mixer, beat together the cream cheese, eggs, sugar, sour cream, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth. Fold in the chopped Oreos.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust and bake in a water bath at 325°F for about 75 minutes.
- Once done, cool gradually in the oven before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
