Ingredients
- 7 to 9 pound beef brisket
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons fresh ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 4 whole bay leaves, crumbled
- One 12-ounce can tomato paste
- 1 cup soy sauce
- ½ cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 medium onions, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons beer
Instructions
