- 8 ounces fresh salmon fillet, skin removed and diced

- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 2-inch squares.
- In a mixing bowl, combine salmon, goat cheese, dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- Place a spoonful of filling on each pastry square. Fold corners over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Brush tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm.
