- 1.5 kg braising beef
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 large onion

- 400 ml full-fat coconut milk
- 400 g chopped tomatoes
- 2 tbsp curry paste
Instructions
- Preheat the slow cooker on high.
- Season the beef with salt and pepper, then sear in a hot pan until browned.
