Ingredients

- 2 cups vegetable or beef broth
- 1 block (10-12 ounces) soft or silken tofu, cut into cubes
- 1 small zucchini, sliced
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 green onion, chopped
Instructions
