- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth. Place it in a greased bowl and let rise covered for about an hour or until doubled in size.
- Prepare the filling by mixing brown sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread softened butter over it, and sprinkle with the filling mixture.
- Roll tightly from one long edge to form a log and cut into 12 equal pieces. Place them cut side up in a greased baking dish and let rise again for 30 minutes.
