  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla and peppermint extracts.
  4. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and pudding mix; gradually add to wet ingredients until combined.
  5. Mix in green food coloring until desired shade is achieved.
  6. Fold in crushed Oreos.
  7. Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are set but centers remain soft.
