  • ½ cup green sprinkles

Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, mix the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese and mint extract until smooth.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until firm.
  5. Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  6. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, then place back on parchment paper and sprinkle with green sprinkles.
