Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound sirloin steak (cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pound baby potatoes (halved)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, toss halved baby potatoes with 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Spread them out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  2. Bake the potatoes for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and tender.
  3. While the potatoes roast, season steak cubes with remaining garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add 1 tablespoon olive oil and sear the steak bites for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
  4. Combine cooked steak bites and potatoes on a serving dish. Drizzle any remaining juices from the skillet over the top and garnish with fresh parsley.
