  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 large eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. Marinate the flank steak with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and stir-fry the marinated steak for about 3-4 minutes until browned; set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, scramble the beaten eggs until fully cooked; remove from skillet.
  4. Sauté minced garlic and ginger in the skillet until fragrant. Add frozen peas and carrots along with chopped red bell pepper; cook for about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add day-old rice to the skillet, breaking up clumps, then mix in cooked steak and scrambled eggs. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.
