Instructions
- Prepare the tart crust by combining flour, salt, and sugar in a food processor. Add cold butter and pulse until crumbly. Mix egg yolk with cold water, then add to the flour mixture to form dough. Chill for 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out the chilled dough, fit it into a tart pan, and prick the bottom with a fork. Bake for 15-20 minutes with pie weights, remove weights, then bake an additional 10 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely.
