- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Prepare the cabbage by blanching the leaves in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until softened. Drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground meat, cooked rice, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, smoked paprika, and beaten egg. Mix well.
- Lay one cabbage leaf flat, spoon in filling at the base, fold sides in, and roll tightly. Repeat with remaining leaves.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread half the marinara sauce in a baking dish and arrange rolls seam-side down. Pour remaining sauce over rolls and drizzle with olive oil.
