  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon ground coriander

  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and dry the sweet potatoes, then slice them into â…“-inch thick rounds.
