  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 packet taco seasoning (1 ounce)
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and cool slightly.
