  • 6 ounces diced pancetta
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen baby peas
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini in salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente; drain and reserve some pasta water.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add pancetta and cook until crispy (5-7 minutes). Remove with a slotted spoon.
