Instructions
- Cook penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook seasoned chicken until browned (6-8 minutes). Remove and set aside.
- Sauté minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes in the same skillet for 2-3 minutes.
- Reduce heat, add heavy cream, dried basil, and oregano; simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
- Return chicken to skillet along with fresh spinach and cooked penne; mix until well combined. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
