- 4 medium zucchinis
- 1 cup ricotta cheese

- 24 ounces marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the zucchinis lengthwise into thin strips. Lightly salt them and let sit for 10 minutes to release moisture, then pat dry.
